1-50:
Catch shrimp, just click the spot repeatedly until full inventory, now bank them or drop them.
50-90:
Catch lobsters, just click the spot repeatedly until full inventory, now bank them or drop them.
I recommend to catch lobsters to 90 instead of sharks because with sharks you need to right, then left click to catch them, with lobsters you just click, making it way faster.
90-90: 2 methods:
1. Catch mantas, right then left click until 99.
2. Catch lobsters, click repeatedly until 99.
99: Get your cape!

Cook shrimp until 50 cooking, should take about a full inv. of shrimps.
50-75:
Cook lobsters until 75 cooking, should take a few inv. loads.
75-99:
Cook sharks until 99 cooking. Mantas are not cookable.
