Fishing&Cooking
Fishing
To begin with; take the note at the top of this page; click on the tab in order to train & become a master of the skill; follow this.
When teleported at the Fishing training area; talk to the Master of Fishing in order to recieve fishing equipment to fish with; after doing so go to the nearest fishing location and fish where you can. (depending on level; guessing its 1 otherwise you would know how to do this) When you've got a full inventory of fish then click on the Cooking tab in order to teleport to a bank; if you wish to bank your unbank fish. You also teleport to a range nearsides you where you can cook your food which come in handy in battle. After cooking your catched fish then bank them and teleport back to the Fishing area.

Cooking
Cooking is related to Fishing because when you catch fish in Fishing you can cook on a range in order to cook your catched goods. It is related.
When you catch your food you can click on the tab and cook your food for Cooking experience; when doing so bank your burnt or finished cooked goods. It's up to you if you decide to bank them and cook all together or fish&cook the same time.
To cook use your food on the range at the Cooking area; when done click on the amount you want to cook, your options should be:
Cook 1
Cook 5
Cook All
Click on all to cook all, click on five to cook five, click on one to cook one.After clicking on your chosen option & cooking the amount you want to cook, bank.
When 99 re-talk to the masters to recieve the cape =)
