New mod commands

::paralyze (freezes person for 30 secs, incase they keep following u)
::pure (gives 70 att, 99 str, 52 pray, like a starter)

::pure Should give
99 Strength
99 Attack
99 HitPoints
99 Range
99 Mage.

Prayer is for rusher/hybrids.

::teleto - i like having this command as it gives the ability to tele quicker
::noclip - this is a nice command, but i prefer it to stay admin/owner+
::jail - yes, i feel the need to do this to some people at times.
::fly - isn't that called ::God?
::unjail - this would be a nice addition =P
::paralyze - Why not tell them to stop? Then just teleaway...
::pure - like slayer said, 99 in all pure stats, then to add to this why not have ::skiller? and ::master and even ::prayer..
