Ingame helpings: Well I wouldn't class giving items away as being helpful or even nice, I personally think it's pointless and just a way to clear out your bank. The nicest thing I've ever done for the server is helped out a "newbie" and allow them a free tour of the server and what needs and facilities its gives (e.g. My personal way of how to make money the best on the server), I love to help out and I'm never to far away to ask for it.
