First of all click the runecrafting sybil on the skills tab (looks like a rock with a lava trail going throught the middle)
After that go into the liitle shop and right click on Audbury, after this click teleport-> this then takes you to the place where you runecraft chaos runes on runescape (before update)
After this you travel north until you see the circle craft place.
When you are there just keep clicking it until you are 99, simples?
It is a very lomesome skill, as it takes from 1-2hours. This is because each click gives 75exp, this gradually builds up. =)
When you are 99 you have the ability to go back to see Audbury and talk to him to recive you free master runecrafter cape =)

NOTE: You can also buy runecrafting gear and equipment from Aubury, right next to the altar, but you might need a certain runecrafting level for some items.
